The Diabetes Support Group meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday each month from 9:00am to 10:00am at the Evergreen Seniors Centre

If you are over 55 years of age and living with diabetes, this group is for you!

We talk about managing diabetes and some of the challenges. Those who have more experience with diabetes offer suggestions that worked for them.

We discuss a variety of topics related to living with diabetes. Typically, questions from within the group form the agenda, although we schedule formal talks occasionally.

Sometimes guest speakers provide professional support on selected topics.

New members are always welcome. Pre-registration is not required for the group, just come and join us. A donation to the Guelph Wellington Seniors Association of $2.00/meeting is appreciated.
