From the North

Hwy 6 (Woolwich Street) from Fergus - continue south and cross Woodlawn Road. Continue south two stoplights to the Evergreen Senior Centre on your left.

From the North East

Hwy 24 (Eramosa Road) from Erin - upon entering city limits, first stoplight at Speedvale Avenue turn right. Continue on Speedvale past four (4) sets of stoplights to Woolwich Street, turn right and continue to stoplights at the Evergreen Seniors Centre, turn right.

From the East

Hwy 7 (York Road) from Rockwood - upon entering city limits, third stoplight at Victoria Road turn right, north on Victoria Road six (6) stoplights to Speedvale Avenue turn left. Continue on Speedvale past four (4) sets of stoplights to Woolwich Street, turn right and continue to stoplights at the Evergreen Seniors Centre, turn right.

From the South and Downtown

Hwy 46 (Brock Road) from Hwy 401 Morriston - upon entering city limits continue north to Clair Road where the street name changes to Gordon Street. Continue north on Gordon Street, past the University of Guelph and into Downtown. At the railway overpass the street name changes to Norfolk Street, continue north to five street intersection (five points). The street name changes again as Woolwich Street joins from the right at this intersection. Continue north past two stoplights to the third set of lights at the Evergreen Seniors Centre, turn right.

From the Southwest

Hwy 124 (Wellington Street) from Cambridge - upon entering city limits continue northeast on Wellington Street five (5) stoplights to Gordon Street, turn left. At the railway overpass the street name changes to Norfolk Street, continue north to five street intersection (five points). The street name changes again as Woolwich Street joins from the right at this intersection. Continue north past two stoplights to the third set of lights at the Evergreen Seniors Centre, turn right.

From the West

Hwy 7 ( Woodlawn Road) from Kitchener/Waterloo - upon entering city limits continue east on Woodlawn Road to Woolwich Street (Hwy 6 N) and at the stoplight turn right (South). Continue south two stoplights to the Evergreen Senior Centre on your left.

Timetable:

Monday to Friday Service - Leaves St. Georges Square (Downtown) very 20 minutes from 5:40am to 6:45pm and then every 30 minutes until 12:15pm

Saturday Service - Leaves St. Georges Square (Downtown) very 30 minutes from 5:45am to 12:15am

Sunday and Holiday Service - Leaves St. Georges Square (Downtown) very 30 minutes from 9:15am to 6:15pm

Accessible Low Floor Bus service all day Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Guelph Transit Community Bus - The Guelph Transit Community Bus is a fully accessible mobility van that seats up to five passengers using mobility devices and four without mobility constraints. This service operates Monday to Friday from 10a.m. until 2 p.m. The fare structure is the same as conventional transit - $2.25 cash fare/tickets or passes are also accepted.

The Community Bus travels along two routes within the city, stopping at several major destinations, including 229 Dublin St., Guelph Medical Clinic, St. Joseph's Hospital, Wal-Mart, Riverside Glen Seniors Centre, Evergreen Seniors Centre, Speedvale Court, Guelph General Hospital, The Elliot, Bullfrog Mall, Grange St. Court, and St. Georges Square. Additional stops can also be requested along the two designated routes.

Riders can catch the Community Bus by waiting at their nearest bus stop or corner and waving down the Community Bus to let the drive know they require a ride.
