Join Judy Steed and Mary Armstrong for a fun, full day workshop at the Evergreen Centre on Saturday, January 23, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Improve memory, reduce stress, practice mindfulness, learn how to focus, stop multi-tasking and do one thing at a time, to make the most of this chapter in our lives. This is OUR TIME to understand our interests and needs. After sold-out workshops in Peterborough and Toronto, Soul Spa is coming to Guelph, exclusively at the Evergreen Centre, 683 Woolwich St., Guelph.

The day starts with gentle Yoga and Pilates for those who wish to begin with excercise(bring a mat, if you've got one & dress comfortably). The SOUL Spa experience is interactive and lively. You will assess your own priorties and design your own blueprint for daily life. Judy Steed will share her research from a year spent studying aging for the Atkinson Fellowship in Public Policy.

Participants will receive a copy of her series, "Boomer Tsunami." You will learn about astounding new brain research, and you will practice scientifivally proven exercises to improve cognitive function and delay the onset of dementia.
