The Feeling Better Program - In Home Exercise

Excerise programs intended to help older homebound and mobile adults increase their fitness levels through enjoyable yet safe excercise.

We provide a trained exercise volunteer to visit your home to lead and encourage you in performing a gentle fitness program. This program is a free service for "isolated" or "at risk" older adults and urgently requires volunteers for a 1 to 3 hour a week commitment.

Volunteers will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support.

The program is supported by the United Way, the Homewood Health Centre, and the Guelph Wellington Seniors Association.
